Dr. Sanjiv Aundhe brings to the field more than 20 years of experience of construction, real estate and corporate management. He has a degree in Civil Engineering from University of Bombay and is a Fellow of the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. He is a Chartered Engineer of the Institution of Engineers (Registration No. F-1247435).
He has worked in several reputed organisations such as Bombay Dyeing, Sobha Ltd, FIRE Luxur Developers, and has successful track record of planning, implementation and delivery of several landmark projects, such as Infosys Global Education Centre Mysore, Infosys projects at several locations in India, such as Mysore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bhubaneswar and Jaipur. He currently advises developers such as FIRE Luxur, Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate and Suguna Properties on their RERA compliance, and other reputed builders on feasibility of real estate projects, determining highest and best use of land parcels, and advising on the best choice among different development alternatives. His current focus in real estate is on helping developers grow and nurture their brand identity and devising a marketing and sales strategy that is appropriate for a given product and location.


B. Shivaprasad has tremendous achievements in Sales and Marketing of real estate projects to his credit. He has been employed with New York Max Life Insurance, FIRE Luxur Developers, and apranje developers. His mode of generating sales rests on identifying buyer needs, and advising them on the products that best serve these needs rather than trying to just maximise revenues for the developers. He prides himself on his ability to exceed customer expectations, and generation of sales from referrals rather than heavy-duty sales, marketing and promotion efforts.
Since venturing out on his own, he has been instrumental in selling projects such as Thirumala Sarovar and Jyothi Kuhu apartments.
